* Otto does not collect location, images, audio, device information, or track browsing activity.

• Create and manage the user account;
• Allow login and authentication in the app;
• Send communications related to app functionality (e.g., account or subscription notifications).

3. Storage and Security

• Data is stored in a secure environment with reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access.
• The user is responsible for keeping their password confidential.

4. Data Sharing

• Otto does not share, sell, or rent personal data to third parties.
• Payment information is neither accessed nor stored by Otto, as subscriptions are processed directly by Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

5. Subscriptions and Free Trial

• Users are entitled to a 2-month free trial after registration.
• After this period, a paid in-app subscription is required to continue using the app.
• Billing and cancellations are handled directly by Apple and Google stores.

6. User Rights

According to applicable law (including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law – LGPD), users have the right to:

• Access the data they provided;
• Correct incomplete or outdated data;
• Request deletion of their account and associated data.
